Totum Accords — trade agreement management
Totum Accords is the B2B app reserved for pharmacists inside the Totum group to manage trade agreements with pharmaceutical labs. Track ongoing campaigns, send proof photos, monitor status in real time — a field tool built for pharmacy teams.
01The context
We built this project using a process refined over 12 years of mobile app development. The key advantage is working directly with the developer. No agency layer. No miscommunication. Just clear, focused work. The result is an app built for real users, with strong performance and easy long-term maintenance.
Totum Accords is the B2B mobile app reserved for pharmacists in the Totum group to manage their commercial agreements with pharmaceutical laboratories. It's an internal business tool, not a consumer-facing showcase.
The principle is simple. Each month, a lab can entrust a pharmacy in the network with a commercial campaign in exchange for proof of execution. Before this app, those agreements were handled with standard office tools, with a lot of manual handling and a real risk of missed steps or delays on the pharmacy side.
02The product
In short: we mix solid technical skills with product thinking. First, we study your business needs and your users. Then we design a clear plan. We build step by step, with regular check-ins. The final app follows Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design standards.
The most important factor is transparency. You get regular updates and access to test builds. You see every technical choice we make. We run automated tests, code reviews, and speed checks. This ensures a reliable product from day one.
Totum Accords brings all of these campaigns into a clean interface designed for quick use behind the counter. The pharmacist sees at a glance what is ongoing, what has been completed, and what is still pending. Proof is added directly from the app, sent in seconds, and tracked in real time — without ever leaving the tool.
Access is controlled: only staff from the Totum network can sign in, with permissions matching their role. This confidentiality requirement drove several technical decisions: tight integration with the group's internal systems, and extra network robustness for field use in areas with limited coverage.
03The outcome
Every app we deliver is built for real use. We target loading times under 2 seconds and a crash-free rate above 99.5%. We also track user satisfaction through in-app feedback. According to Statista, nearly 60% of web traffic now comes from mobile. App quality is a key business advantage.
Built natively for both iOS and Android to cover every device in use across the network, the app relies on server-side synchronization that handles multiple pharmacies, multiple partners, and multiple campaigns in parallel, with variable timelines and precise business rules. Delivered as lead mobile developer, with a particular focus on offline robustness — pharmacists often take their photos in-store without a reliable signal — and on simplicity of use for a non-technical team that above all needs a tool that responds quickly and does not require training.
