Which channel to use

Use the booking form for anything that needs a conversation, the form below for anything that needs a written trace, and WhatsApp for a quick question. All three reach me directly — there is no assistant, no ticketing system and no sales team in between. The booking call is a free 30-minute slot.

What happens after you write

Your message goes to one inbox that I read myself, usually the same day. You get a written reply within 2 business days, even when the answer is that I am not the right person for the job. Nothing is added to a mailing list and there is no automated follow-up sequence.

The key difference from an agency is that the person reading your message is the person who would do the work. There is no qualification call before the real call — if your project is a fit, the next step is a 30-minute conversation with me. The most important thing to know before writing: after 12 years and 15+ delivered projects, I turn down work that I do not think will succeed, and I will tell you that in the first reply rather than after an invoice.

What to put in your message

4 things make a first message useful: what the app should do, who will use it, roughly when you need it, and what budget range you have in mind. Nothing needs to be precise. A rough answer to all four is worth more than a detailed answer to one.

What it does — 1 or 2 sentences is enough. "A booking app for my clinic" is a complete brief at this stage.
Who uses it — your staff, your customers, or both. This changes the design more than any other answer.
When you need it — a real date if you have one, "no rush" if you do not.
Budget range — an order of magnitude. It is the fastest way for both of us to know whether to keep talking.

In short: if you can answer those 4 points in 5 sentences, I can usually tell you on the first reply whether the project is realistic.

Common questions before getting in touch

How quickly do you reply?

Within 2 business days for messages sent through this form, and the same day for WhatsApp during French business hours. I read every message personally — there is no assistant filtering them. If you have not heard back after 3 days, the message did not arrive; send it again.

Will you sign an NDA before I describe my project?

Yes, and it is a reasonable thing to ask. Send the message without the sensitive details, say that you would like an NDA first, and I will sign yours or send a short mutual one. Most projects do not need it at the first-contact stage, but it costs nothing to do it in the right order.

Do you work with clients outside France?

Yes. I am based in Cannes, France, and most projects run remotely, in French or English. Nearby time zones are easier to schedule, but they are not a requirement. Travel to meet on site can be arranged once a project is underway, quoted separately and agreed upfront.

Can you give me a price from an email?

Not a firm one, and be wary of anyone who does. What I can give you from a written description is an order of magnitude and the 2 or 3 decisions that will move the number most. A real quote needs a conversation, which is what the free 30-minute call is for.
